I just placed an order. When will I be able to sink my teeth into my cookies?
Christie Cookies bakes every order as soon as it comes in. If you place your order before noon CST, Monday – Friday, your cookies will be sent out the next business day. If you order after noon, Monday – Friday, your order goes out within two business days. Orders are shipped ground unless otherwise specified. This means you should be enjoying chocolate chip cookie goodness within 3 – 6 days. If you choose expedited service, you’ll get them even quicker. During the busy holiday season, allow an extra day or two.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling charges depend on the price of your item. These charges are added to your order and included in the final amount. Our online shipping chart and catalog list the specific amounts.
How do I ensure direct delivery?
The more and more accurate information we have, the easier it is to get your cookies to you. Please include a physical street address – we cannot deliver to post office boxes – as well as a company name and/or personal name, apartment number, suite number, floor number, telephone number and any other information that will help ensure accurate delivery. If you want us to send cookies to an address outside the United States, please call Christie Cookies’s customer service department at (800) 458 2447 for information regarding international shipments.
Can I pick up DoubleTree cookie at Christie Cookies’s Nashville location?
Yes! Visitors are always welcome. Christie Cookies Corporate Office is located at 1205 Third Avenue North, Nashville, TN 37208. Prearranged pick-ups are available from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday. Orders will be available by noon on the designated pick up day. Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local courier service is available for both personal and business orders. Just call Christie Cookies customer service department at (800) 458 2447 or (615) 242 3817 for more information.
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are made with wholesome, natural ingredients and no preservatives for the very best flavor. If you keep the package sealed, they’ll stay fresh for two weeks. You can also freeze them for up to six months. But once opened, we recommend eating them within a few days.
What if my package has to be redirected?
Mistakes do happen, but if we’re given an incorrect address, we charge $10 to redirect the package and void our delivery guarantee.
Does Christie Cookies have a “satisfaction guaranteed” policy?
Yes! 100%, in fact. If, for any reason at all, you aren't completely thrilled with your cookies, just contact Christie Cookies within 48 hours of receiving your order and a customer service rep will be sure to fix the problem to your satisfaction. The only thing we can’t fix is a delivery problem caused by being given an incorrect shipping addresses.
Yes! We value our customers’ privacy and never, ever sell any of customer names or information to third party entities.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if you are shipping to a state that requires it.
